Learn the core flows of the app step by step.

This guide explains the main modules of the app from an end-user perspective. You can follow the daily flows for creating records, managing accounts, using credit cards, quick records, receivables, payables, and filters.

Home Screen General overview, quick access, and summary cards

What is it for?

The home screen brings together the most important summary information in one place. It gives you the current month balance, totals, and fast access to the main modules.

How do you use it?

  • Open the Cash Status card to inspect account balances.
  • Use the Records card to move into period-based record screens.
  • Check the Receivable / Payable Status card for open debt relationships.
  • Use the Quick Records area for repeated small transactions.
  • Tap the bottom-right + button to create a new record.

Tips

  • If you are new to the app, create your accounts and categories first.
  • Use the home screen as your starting point for daily tracking.
New Record Expense, income, and transfer entry form

What is it for?

The new record screen is used to save one-time financial movements. Expense, income, and transfer all follow the same general structure.

How do you use it?

  • Choose Expense, Income, or Transfer from the top.
  • Fill in the date, category, and Cash / Payment Method.
  • Enter the amount and add optional merchant or note details.
  • If Serial Entry is enabled, the form resets after saving.
  • Tap Save to complete the entry.
Transfer Move money between your accounts

What is it for?

Transfer lets you move money from one account to another without affecting income and expense totals incorrectly.

How do you use it?

  • Select the Transfer tab.
  • Choose the source account and the destination account.
  • Enter the amount and an optional note.
  • After saving, the balance is subtracted from one account and added to the other.
Records Yearly, monthly, and category-based review

What is it for?

This is the main reporting hub of the app. It helps you review financial movements by year, month, category, and filters.

How do you use it?

  • Review monthly totals from the yearly view.
  • Tap a month to open charts and category breakdowns.
  • Open the raw list view when you need record-by-record control.
  • Use filters for date range, amount, category, and account.
Record List Line-by-line view of the selected period

What is it for?

The record list shows every movement row by row according to the selected period and filters. It is the best place for detailed review.

How do you use it?

  • Switch between All, Expense, Income, and Transfer.
  • Use the search box to filter by text, category, or person.
  • Tap a row to open the detail or editing flow.
  • Check the totals shown at the bottom of the screen.
Cash Management Cash, bank, and credit card accounts

What is it for?

Cash management defines where your money comes from or where it goes. Cash, bank, and credit card accounts are created and maintained here.

How do you use it?

  • Open Cash Management from the menu.
  • Tap + to create a new account.
  • Choose Cash, Bank, or Credit Card.
  • For credit cards, fill in statement day and due day.
  • Tap an existing account to edit it later.

What is it for?

The Cash Status card helps you understand the current balance position of all your accounts in a single place.

How do you use it?

  • Open the Cash Status card from the home screen.
  • Review each account balance separately.
  • Tap an account to open its detail screen.
  • Credit card details may use period-based logic.
Category Management Organize income and expense classes

What is it for?

Categories help reports and charts show meaningful groupings. Expense and income categories are managed separately.

How do you use it?

  • Open Category Management.
  • Switch between Expense and Income.
  • Use the + button to add a category.
  • Tap a category row to rename it later.
Quick Records Shortcut flow for repeated daily entries

What is it for?

Quick Records is designed for common repeated transactions such as bread, coffee, tea, parking, or similar daily items.

How do you use it?

  • Review existing templates on the home screen.
  • Create a new template with Add New.
  • Define title, category, account, unit amount, and quantity logic.
  • Increase the count later instead of rebuilding the same record.
Receivables / Payables Separate debt tracking module

What is it for?

This module helps you track debt relationships separately from normal income and expense records, including remaining balances.

How do you use it?

  • Choose Receivable or Payable.
  • Fill in person, title, amount, note, and date fields.
  • Add due date and reminders if needed.
  • If Post to cash is enabled, a related financial movement is also created.
Settings Language, currency, and backup preferences

What is it for?

Settings lets you manage the main behavior of the app and your data protection preferences.

How do you use it?

  • Change the app language from Language.
  • Select the summary currency from Currency.
  • Use Back up now to create an instant backup.
  • Enable Automatic backup for periodic protection.
Help Short explanations for core modules

What is it for?

The Help screen explains what the core modules do and gives you a short starting point inside the app.

Credit Card Usage Statement-based debt and reminder flow

What is it for?

A credit card account helps you track spending with statement-period logic and follow due dates more accurately.

How do you use it?

  • Create a new account from Cash Management.
  • Select Credit Card as the type.
  • Enter statement day and due day.
  • Enable reminders if needed.
Filtering Narrow records faster

What is it for?

Filtering helps you isolate specific periods, ranges, categories, and accounts without changing the main record structure.

How do you use it?

  • Choose a date range.
  • Enter an amount range.
  • Select a category or account to narrow the list.
  • Tap Apply to update results and Clear to reset filters.
